Managing Director
As Managing Director of the Pluto Group, Tom founded the firm with a clear mission — to challenge outdated accountancy standards and champion the smaller clients who are too often overlooked. The name Pluto reflects that commitment: putting the “little guys” first. Under Tom’s leadership, the business has built its success on three core principles — clear communication with same-day responses, proactive advice that drives real results, and transparent pricing through fair, fixed monthly fees. In less than a year, these values have fuelled rapid growth, with Pluto surpassing six-figure revenue, serving over 200 clients, and expanding into new ventures such as Pluto Probate & Wills. Tom’s vision is simple: to create a modern, approachable accountancy firm that delivers exceptional service, makes a genuine difference, and enjoys the journey along the way.
Kerry Nabarro
Director & Senior Will Writer
With nearly five years of experience as a professional Will Writer, Kerry brings empathy, compassion, and calm assurance to every client she supports. Having experienced loss within her own large family, she understands firsthand how vital it is to plan ahead and protect loved ones. Known for her approachable nature and genuine care, Kerry ensures each client feels listened to, understood, and confident their wishes will be honoured. Leading Pluto Probate & Wills allows her to combine her professional expertise with shared values alongside Managing Director Tom — integrity, transparency, and always doing what’s right. Beyond work, Kerry loves spending time with family and friends and can often be found skiing — on both water and snow — which keeps her balanced, energised, and ready for whatever challenge comes next.
